It is a semi-auto machine designed to test the tensile strength of the syringe’s cannula and the capillary hub. Tensile testing is an application of uniaxial force to measure the performance of the test sample to ensure that it meets the stringent quality requirement and product safety making it an essential part of testing consistency. This machine performs tensile pull force tests with a reading of 1kgf and is capable of collecting 30~500 sampling data in just a second. It also offers secure gripping features to prevent damages to the syringes due to their fragility & sensitivity.
In addition, safety features are also built-in to this machine, such as infrared curtain sensor which stops the machine from operating when it detects the presence of the operator’s hands; and dual infrared finger detectors which resumes the operation of machine after the operator places two fingers onto the detectors which is designated out of the operation parameters.
